Instructions for donating through PayPal

1. Click on the "Make donation through PayPal" button on the BCV online donations page.
2. You will be taken to the PayPal check out page.
3. In the "Payment for:" field you can type either:
   
   "Student Support" (Not Tax Deductable),
   "Library Fund" (Tax Deductable) or
   "Building Fund" (Tax Deductable).
   
   NOTE: what you type in this field does not effect your transaction. If you type something other than the above, funds will be placed in the "General Fund" which is not tax deductable. You could also request that your donation goes towards a specific use, eg: "Gift towards catering equipment".
4. Enter the desired amount for your donation in the "Amount:" Field.
5. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, press the "Click Here" button.
   
   Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you can log in.
6. If you are signing in to paypal for the first time, enter the details as requested on screen and click continue.
7. Once you have confirmed your details, you will arrive at the "Make your payment" page. Check over the payment details and enter your contact phone number. When you're ready, click "Pay"
8. The payment will be processed and then you will be redirected back to the "Thanks for your donation" page on the BCV web site.
9. Your donation will have been received with thanks and the BCV Accounts Department will issue a receipt for your donation via post
