Intro To Distance Learning
Welcome to the growing area of distance learning
Distance learning is one of the fastest growing and most popular educational sectors in the world today. It allows thousands of people, who otherwise would not have the time or opportunity to engage in formal study, to pursue their study interests - even when they live on the other side of the world from the teaching institution at which they are enrolled.
When you study by distance, not only do you gain access to the authoritative teaching of some of Australia's finest theological colleges, you also have the flexibility to study in the time and place of your choosing. Distance learning allows you to study where you find it most convenient - on the sofa, at your kitchen table, at the library - and you can fit your study around your schedule.
If you can't study on campus, but are looking for ways to enrich your life spiritually, dig into the Bible more deeply, equip yourself for ministry, or simply improve your understanding of Christian faith, then the distance learning program has been designed for you.
The Centre for Distance Learning is a department of the Bible College of Victoria (BCV). Through the distance learning program you can study for either an undergraduate degree or graduate diploma. All our courses are approved for offer by the Australian College of Theology (ACT).
