Selection Criteria
Experience
A definite experience of the saving grace of Christ and a stable Christian character.
Passion
A strong desire to study God’s Word and become better equipped to serve Christ.
Maturity of faith
Normally a settled church life for at least one year is required, including experience in personal witness and Christian service.
Education
There are educational prerequisites for all the courses and English level entrance scores for students from a non-English speaking background. Check the appropriate course outline for these. Mature age entry is open to applicants over the age of 21. Advanced standing can be granted to applicants who have completed equivalent studies at a similar grade level through an accredited award or in some cases gained equivalent experience through life circumstances. See the Credit Transfer form for more details.
Age
Normally a minimum of 18 years.
Finance
See the current Fee Schedule. Prospective students must have a means of payment for at least one semester of study. The government FEE Help loan is available for degree and graduate students with Australian citizenship only (not Certificate IV, Diploma or MAC).
Health
For full time residential students a medical certificate on the prescribed form is required with your application.
Accommodation
There are limited places for students to live on campus (particularly for families). Preference is given to students coming from overseas due to the difficulty of finding accommodation at a distance. A waiting list is maintained and time on the waiting list is taken into consideration.
